Lash Refill Policy:

 

As of March 1, 2022, when coming in for a lash refill, please note that in order to consider it a refill, there must be 40-50% of previous lashes in tact.

 

If less than this percentage is intact, it will be considered a full set and will be priced accordingly.

 

  • For a 2 week refill, 50% of lashes must be intact for each eye

  • For a 3 week refill, 40% of lashes must be intact for each eye

Scheduling, Deposit, and Refund Policy:

When scheduling an appointment at Lash and Brow studio, I am blocking off time specifically for your session and if you are not able to make it, I unfortunately lose that time in my business to book other sessions. Please provide me with at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a nonrefundable deposit of $50 will need to be received when rescheduling that will go toward that future service.

 

As of March 1, 2022, for the following services, a deposit will be required when booking.

 

Please Venmo the deposit to @Kathleen-Masterson-1.

  • Lash Lift and Tint- $25 deposit

  • Full Lash Extension Set- $50 deposit

  • Hyapen Lip Filler- $50 deposit

  • Microblading/Microshading- $100 deposit

  • Plasma Skin Tightening- up to $500 deposit (½ of your service price)

 

If you need to reschedule your session, please do so 48 hours prior to your session and your deposit will go toward your rescheduled future service.

 

If you need to cancel your session, please do so 48 hours prior to your session and receive a full refund of your deposit.

 

If failure to cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours prior to your session, no refunds of your deposit will be given.

My goal with each of my clients is to always create a positive result that you leave loving. If you are not fully satisfied with your services for any reason, please reach out to me within 3 days after your service and I will bring you back in to try and resolve the issue. After 3 days, I will not be able to fix any issues. Because of my time, energy, and paid materials, a refund will not be able to be given.
